L.A. DANCE PROJECT–-DRIVE-IN DANCES
LADP’s DRIVE-IN DANCES is a limited engagement series (through Nov.
22) featuring the world premieres of two works, “Solo at Dusk”
and “The Betweens.” Each is a ground-breaking dance work, conceived
and created entirely during, and as an exploration of, our period of lock-down
and isolation. Each is a transformative night of dance.
“Solo
at Dusk” was created by Bobbi Jene Smith in collaboration with Or
Schraiber. “The Betweens” is a work by Jermaine Spivey and Spenser
Theberg. Both works were supported by Van Cleef & Arpels.
