LOS ANGELES -- TEN20, a full-service restaurant and lounge located in the Wyndham Bel Age Hotel, presents jazz every Friday night from 7.30-11.30 PM. Billy John (vocals & drums) heads a jazz trio called The 11 O'Clock News Band whose other members are Mikal Majeed (keyboards & bass) and Rick Perkins (trumpet).

There is neither cover charge nor minimum; $2 for the first two hours of parking, $3 each hour thereafter.

Billy John said, "I decided upon the name of our group because music speaks louder than words and the message conveyed through live music is not only informative, but inspires and invigorates the human spirit."

The band's playlist of tunes ranges from Classic Soul to Contemporary Jazz. Said John, "We endeavor to create a musical vibe that allows our audiences to be energized by the magic of beautiful song. Our performances are interactive and include timeless songs like Teach Me Tonite, Sugar Shack, What's Going On and Down Home Blues, among many others."
