March/April 2007 Los Angeles Opera recently announced that its 2007/08 season will feature one U.S. premiere, three Company premieres, appearances by many major artists, and the first fully-staged productions of the Company's Recovered Voices project, highlighting the works of composers affected by the Holocaust. In addition, the Company announced that KUSC.FM will broadcast eleven mainstage performances from the current 2006/07 season, on WFMT Radio Network. The first airing is May, 2007, after the final Metropolitan Opera broadcast of the spring. The 2007/08 season, which runs from Sept. 8, 2007 to June 28, 2008 offers 69 performances of nine productions. They include Fidelio, Jenufa, Don Giovanni, La Boheme, Tristan Und Isolde, Otello a double bill of The Dwarf & The Broken Jug, Tosca and La Rondine.
