LA TRAVIATA comes first, with an opening night of September 13. Placido Domingo, Nino Machaidze (as Violetta) and Arturo Chacon star in Verdis immortal work. Directed and designed by Marta Domingo, the new production is set in the Roaring Twenties and features a sumptuous Art Deco decor. The run is through September 28. |

Opera will perform some of operas greatest arias, followed by selections from the Great American Songbook. Noon at City of Hope, Cooper Auditorium, 1500 E. Duarte Road, Duarte, CA. 91010.
