On July 14, 15 & 18 MUSE/IQUE will kick off its 2021-22 season with
a festival of L.A. music, led by artistic director Rachel Worby. The first
attraction is Tapestry at 50, an hour-long celebration of
the 50th anniversary of this iconic album. MUSE/IQUE will offer a surprisingly
fresh interpretation of the album through an eclectic range of performers
and styles.
On August 18, 19 & 22, MUSE/IQUE will mount Dylan Goes Hollywood,
an exploration of Dylans West Coast and cinematic songs.
The music festival will take place at two different venues: the Huntington
Library Art Museum & Botanical Garden, and Skirball Cultural Center.
All shows start at 7.30 pm; mingling and nosh at 6.30 pm.
